Teranet Connect has been integrated with LCS
The integration of Teranet Connect with LCS is a precious partnership. Teranet is responsible for operating the Electronic Registration System for the Province of Ontario, and LCS presents a seamless integration solution for Teranet Connect (only available in Ontario).
No longer do you have to conduct your title searches in a separate web browser! With LCS's smooth integration, you can perform all your title and writ searches directly through our platform. With just a few clicks, you can conveniently download Instruments, search PINs, request maps, and even conduct adjacent land searches. For added convenience, you can search writs directly from the Vendor and Purchaser tabs.
Save time and improve efficiency by generating requisitions from your title search results with ease. Eliminate the need for manual copying and pasting of registration numbers and dates into your Requisition letters. With this process, your requisitions will be promptly reflected in your requisitions tab and Requisition letter.
You can also transfer instrument data fetched directly from Teranet connect over to LCS's Existing Encumbrances page so that you can seamlessly discharge them - all with one click! This will save you plenty of time and ensure that your data is accurate.
