How to Enter
It's simple! Register for and attend an LCS demo between August 4 and September 24, 2026. Open a new LCS account within 10 calendar days of your demo and complete your account setup, and you'll automatically be entered for a chance to win.
What You Get
Complimentary Files: Every eligible firm that completes account setup receives three complimentary LCS purchase, sale, and mortgage files, so you can put LCS AI to work on your own real estate transactions and see the new features firsthand.
Grand Prize: One eligible firm will be selected to receive a $150 gift card. The firm's authorized representative will need to correctly answer a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded.
Who Can Enter
This one's for new firms in Ontario. To qualify, your firm must:
- Register for and attend an LCS demo during the promotion period
- Open a new LCS account within 10 calendar days of the demo
- Complete the required account setup process
- Be a new LCS user. Firms with an existing or previously active LCS account aren't eligible
Limit of three complimentary files and one contest entry per firm.
